Woodwing announced today in a press release some exciting news about Elvis DAM: the asset management software can now be integrated with either MEI’s TruEdit or vjoon K4! Customers that use either workflow solution will now have access to Elvis DAM’s asset management capabilities directly from within their workflow. This new integration allows users of TruEdit or vjoon k4 to search, preview, and manage up to one billion assets.
Thanks to Elvis DAM’s asset management system, essential files for any project will no longer be lost. Files can be quickly located, reviewed, and shared, keeping the entire team on task.
Best of all, this new integration enables seamless connectivity between all solutions, so assets within Elvis can be used in a TruEdit or vjoon k4 project all while retaining their link to the assets within the DAM. This integration also emphasizes the importance of end-of-workflow archiving.
All assets (along with all metadata) are directly delivered to Elvis DAM for reuse once work is completed.
MEI announced in November 2014 that they had formed a partnership with Woodwing to distribute Elvis DAM in the United States and Canada.
